1. Refund policy | سياسة الاسترجاع

  • Offline Courses (In-Person):
    Students are eligible to request a refund only before attending the second session.
    Once a student has attended the second session or beyond, the course becomes non-refundable.
  • Live Online Courses:
    Students are eligible to request a refund only before attending the third live session.
    Once a student has attended the third session or beyond, the course becomes non-refundable.
  • Recorded / Online Courses:
    All recorded or self-paced online courses are strictly non-refundable once access is granted.
  • Mz Academy reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests in accordance with this policy.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within [5-7 business days] via the original payment method.
  • الدورات الحضورية (Offline):
    يحق للطالب طلب استرداد المبلغ فقط قبل حضور المحاضرة الثانية.
    بعد حضور المحاضرة الثانية أو أكثر، تصبح الدورة غير قابلة للاسترجاع.
  • الدورات المباشرة عبر الإنترنت (Live Online):
    يحق للطالب طلب استرداد المبلغ فقط قبل حضور المحاضرة الثالثة المباشرة.
    بعد حضور المحاضرة الثالثة أو أكثر، تصبح الدورة غير قابلة للاسترجاع.
  • الدورات المسجلة / الأونلاين:
    جميع الدورات المسجلة أو ذاتية التعلم غير قابلة للاسترجاع نهائيًا بمجرد منح الوصول.
  • تحتفظ أكاديمية Mz بالحق في قبول أو رفض طلبات الاسترجاع وفقًا لهذه السياسة.
  • في حال الموافقة على الاسترجاع، سيتم رد المبلغ خلال 5–7 يوم عمل باستخدام نفس وسيلة الدفع.

2. Attendance Offline & Live

  • For in-person courses, students must attend sessions on time.
  • Mz Academy is not responsible for missed sessions.
  • Rescheduling policies may apply.
  • الدورات الحضورية (Offline):
    يجب على الطلاب الالتزام بالحضور في المواعيد المحددة.
    لا تتحمل أكاديمية Mz مسؤولية الجلسات التي يتم تفويتها.
    قد يتم تطبيق سياسات إعادة الجدولة.
 
 

3. Course Retake Policy | سياسة إعادة الكورس

  • Students may be eligible to retake a course based on availability and academy policies.
  • Offline Courses (In-Person):
    Retakes are subject to available seats and must be scheduled in advance.
    Additional fees may apply for course retakes.
  • Live Online Courses:
    Students may be allowed to join a future batch for revision purposes, depending on availability.
    Mz Academy reserves the right to determine eligibility.
  • Recorded / Online Courses:
    Students have continued access to the course content for the specified duration and do not require a retake.
  • Retake requests must be submitted through official communication channels.
  • Mz Academy reserves the right to approve or deny retake requests.
  • قد يُسمح للطلاب بإعادة الكورس وفقًا للتوافر وسياسات الأكاديمية.
  • الدورات الحضورية (Offline):
    تعتمد إعادة الكورس على توفر أماكن، ويجب الحجز مسبقًا.
    قد يتم تطبيق رسوم إضافية على إعادة الكورس.
  • الدورات المباشرة عبر الإنترنت (Live Online):
    قد يُسمح للطالب بالانضمام إلى دفعة قادمة لأغراض المراجعة، وذلك حسب التوافر.
    تحتفظ أكاديمية Mz بالحق في تحديد أهلية الإعادة.
  • الدورات المسجلة / الأونلاين:
    يحصل الطالب على إمكانية الوصول للمحتوى طوال المدة المحددة، لذلك لا تتطلب إعادة.
  • يجب تقديم طلب إعادة الكورس عبر القنوات الرسمية.
  • تحتفظ أكاديمية Mz بالحق في قبول أو رفض طلبات إعادة الكورس.

4. Termination | إنهاء الاستخدام

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You misuse the platform

  • نحتفظ بالحق في إيقاف أو إنهاء حسابك في الحالات التالية:

    • في حال مخالفة هذه الشروط
    • في حال إساءة استخدام المنصة
